Date Change: The next Ordinary Meeting of the Combined Council has changed from July 11th to Tues 25th July, 7pm.

Councillor Vacancy: A Vacancy has arisen for the Ratlinghope Parish following the Resignation on Mon 28th June 2021 of Mrs Kath Hughes. The Notice can be viewed under the Governance page.
The Reg 15 (2) Accounts & Audit Regulations Act 2014 Sections 25, 26 & 27, Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015 inc Section 9 & The Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities requires publishing of the Annual Governance & Accountability Return. The AGARs including the Certificates of Exemption for expenditure not exceeding £25,000 both for the Combined Council and Myndtown Parish Meeting can be found under the Governance page. These also include The Notice of Public Rights to examine the accounting documents. This commences on Monday 14th June 2021 and ends on Friday 23rd July 2021.
I hereby give Notice that the next meeting of the Council will be the Annual Meeting followed by a General Meeting followed by The Annual Parish Meetings on Mon 17th May 2021 @ The Village Hall, Norbury from 7pm. Due to current Social Distancing requirements please advise the clerk if you wish to attend. A draft Agenda below which may be subject to change
